Job Description

To provide comprehensive HR administration and support to the HR team across all aspects of HR.

The main function is to ensure high quality HR service is delivered to the business.

Duties & Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ROLE

  1. Payroll Administration
  • First point of contact for employees
  • Maintain payroll information as required.
  • Prepare and maintain related payroll records, HR reports and WSP.
  • Document workflow and work procedures
  1. Benefits Administration
  • First point of contact for employees
  • Process employee enrollments and terminations as required.
  • Prepare and maintain related benefits records and reports.
  • Process vendor reports and invoices
  • Document workflow and work procedures
  1. Human Resource Management Systems
  • Resolve problems, and liaison with service providers.
  • Document workflow and work procedures and conduct appropriate audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and queries.
  1. Administration
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to human resources.
  • Compose and distribute routine written correspondence from human resources to business.
  • Collect, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain paper files.
  • Maintain human resources calendar.
  • Maintain administrative forms and manuals.
  1. Other Duties
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Matric / Grade 12 / Equivalent
  • Qualification in HR Management / Industrial Psychology will be advantageous
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role

  • Able to take full accountability.
