Job Description
An exciting vacant position has arisen at East Africa Bottling Share Company for the role Team Leader-Warehouse.

The position is structured to report to the Warehouse Manager and the Incumbent is responsible to manage all warehouse activities. The role holder also manage the store keeper and forklift operators and supervise in terms of their performance and capability development to ensure the successful operation of the warehouse function

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the Operational team in the execution of all inbound and outbound movement.
Manage an effective and accurate Production Interface.
Manage all tasks within the standards of excellent housekeeping.
Manage the effective execution of system transactions and perform end-of shift reconciliations.
People management: Manage team and own performance.
Skills, Experience & Education
First Degree in Accounting/ Logistics & supplies Chain Management/Management/Business Administration or related field of studies with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

Job Description
Coca-Cola Beverages Africa- Namibia requires the services of a Supply Planner (Import and Haulage), reporting to the Planning Manager. The Planner is responsible for planning the stock holding of Outside Manufactured Goods and Replenishment of both outside and own manufactured goods to all depots across Namibia.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Optimize the planning and balancing of stock required across the supply chain network in line with targeted customer service levels, levels of forecast accuracy and buffer stock levels, for the allocated portfolio of SKU’s • Supply rolling forecasts to relevant suppliers • Maintain the Master Data and set targets as per the Inventory Policy • Collaborate cross-functionally in terms of possible strategies, alternatives and recommendations when generating inventory requirements • Continuously monitor and evaluate actual performance against plan to ensure that the most efficient and effective plans are compiled.

Skills, Experience & Education
Tertiary qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management • At least 3 years relevant experience in Materials Planning or Procurement Function • Exposure and Knowledge of Logistics & Distribution processes • Technical, Marketing, Financial and Commercial Business Acumen • Analytical Skills and Logical Thinker • Excellent Communication • Customer service orientated • Must be able to handle pressure • Process driven with attention to detail • Quick Thinker • Problem Solving Skills.
