PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

  • Assist in the execution of events such as trade shows and product launches.
  • Assist with logistics, including venue setup, registration, and attendee communication.
  • Support on-site event activities and post-event follow-up
  • Handle administrative duties, including emails, work log maintenance, and task management.
  • Schedule and organise meetings, taking minutes as needed.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases and contact lists.
  • Help manage social media accounts by scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
  • Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Analyse social media metrics to optimize future posts.
  • Capture, edit, and produce basic photos and videos for marketing purposes.
  • Ensure high-quality content for social media, websites, and other marketing channels.
  • Organise and maintain a digital library of photo and video assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role or marketing internship.
