Job Description
The HR Manager will oversee and advise the implementation of Human Resources functions, ensuring that both managers and employees have access to the necessary information, procedures, and resources to effectively comply with HR guidelines, legislation, and policies.
The Key Performance Areas (KPAs) of the role include:
| Lead and execute HR strategies that align with the organisation’s goals and objectives.Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and making appointments.Oversee Human Capital strategies, Talent Management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives to retain skilled and talented employees.Develop HR policies, procedures, and strategies that support the strategic objectives of the organisation.Manage the OD programmes, including job profiling, evaluation, and grading.Manage the labour relations, including disciplinary processes, grievance handling, incapacity, and poor performance issues, and represent the organisation at the CCMADevelop and implement performance management strategies aimed at enhancing employee performance.Lead and implement Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and wellness initiatives, which include psychosocial counselling and employee support.Manage skills development initiatives, such as Workplace Skills Plans (WSPs) and Annual Training Reports (ATRs), ensuring compliance with employment equity regulations.Facilitate meetings and submissions for the Employment Equity Committee (EEA2 / EEA4).Oversee payroll administration, leave management, budgeting, and the monitoring of working hours. |

Job Description
| To provide integrated Human Resource services across the organisation with a strong focus on Recruitment, Employee Relations, Conditions of Services, Organisational Development, Talent Management, and Performance management. |
The Key Performance Areas (KPAs) of the role include:
- Facilitate the recruitment and selection process by identifying job openings, advertising positions, updating job descriptions, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and preparing recruitment documentation (such as offer letters, contracts, and reference checks).
- Advise management and employees on labour relations matters and applicable legislation, including the Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), and Employment Equity Act (EE Act).
- Manage employee relations to reduce the number of cases, oversee disciplinary processes, address grievances, resolve disputes, and attend to CCMA (Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration) cases.
- Assist divisions in identifying training needs and ensure they are properly addressed; confirm that all employees have Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Facilitate performance management processes within the division, including goal-setting, evaluations, and moderation to ensure that objectives are met.
- Ensure that changes to job titles and remuneration are processed by payroll, and conduct periodic analyses to identify and resolve any pay disparities or anomalies within the division.
- Manage functions related to conditions of service, including leave management; analyse leave statistics and recommend actions to address any negative trends.
- Oversee full leave administration using the Sage Payroll system and monitor absenteeism trends.

Job Description
The Asset & Liabilities Management Officer will manage, control, and safeguard the organisation’s assets and liabilities by ensuring accurate recording, compliance with relevant legislation, effective utilisation, and timely reporting. This role supports financial integrity, audit readiness, and operational efficiency.
The Key Performance Areas (KPAs) of the role include:
- Ensure that all assets are insured and that claims for damages are submitted on time.
- Record and barcode all assets in the asset register.
- Perform physical asset verification and submit reports accordingly.
- Monitor and review the entry of all physical assets in the asset register.
- Conduct asset allocations in accordance with the organisation’s asset management policy and procedures.
- Update the asset information regarding physical locations (room) in the asset listings.
- Facilitate the acquisition, tagging, allocation, transfer, and disposal of assets.
- Monitor asset movement and ensure proper authorisation for all transactions.
- Conduct periodic asset verifications and physical counts.
- Maintain asset management systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Perform ongoing assessments of the organisation’s liabilities.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations and schedules for liabilities related to the accounting records.

The Risk Officer will oversee a robust enterprise risk management framework within the organisation, ensuring that strategic, operational, financial, and compliance risks are identified, assessed, mitigated, monitored, and reported in accordance with applicable legislation and governance standards.
The Key Performance Areas (KPAs) of the role include:
