Job PurposeApplies customer care principles to provide information and guide understanding of consumers and

Key Responsibility Areas• Attends to queries/enquiries and makes information available on a broad range of municipal services and service delivery processes (e.g. town planning, engineering, community, financial, etc).
• Receives payment against services rendered from the Public.
• Attends to customer requests for the reservation of municipal facilities or service delivery related issues.
• Processes information and collates and checks documentation for submission to relevant departments in respects of applications, claims or other related submissions.
• Prepares activity related reports on the status and attends to recordkeeping requirements.
• Assumes responsibility for driving and maintenance of the Mobile Unit.

• 3 Years relevant experience.
Special Conditions:
