Job Purpose
The Leadership and Learning Coordinator coordinates the delivery of strategic projects and learning programmes across Discovery Group, ensuring that all requirements are met through correct planning, scheduling, and communication, includes monitoring, controlling and closure of solutions.
Works closely with a Learning and Development Manager and relevant stakeholders to ensure successful coordination of learning programme and projects. Understanding and communicating all aspects of programme coordination with relevant stakeholders.
The Leadership and Learning Coordinator must have practical experience of having been a programme or project coordinator for large and complex initiatives. Responsible for coordination and delivery support of programmes output/product.
Key Outputs may include but are not limited to:
| Coordinate Programme rollout plans.Coordinate delivery of onsite and offsite learning programmes.Coordinate orientation sessions, graduation ceremonies and daily programme openings and closures.Schedule Participants, faculty and guest speakers for various learning programmes.Schedule briefing sessions for various programme stakeholders.Liaise with different participants and stakeholders.Ensure invoices are tracked and paid on time.Track, monitor and record attendance of programme participants on the Discovery Learner Management System (LMS)Gather learning data for the ROI process.Liaise with external and internal learning partners on coordination of learning programmes.Administer and coordinate delivery and measurement of learning programmes.Create programme study blocks reports including participant feedback.Manage queries and requests from business on the Learning Programmes mailbox. Finance:Monitoring of all invoicing – checking and verifying amounts.Gaining authorisation from line manager.Raising PO and submission to Finance.Managing claw backs for programmesEnsure the invoice tracker spreadsheet is updated with correct invoice information.Ensure invoices are captured accordingly.Projects:Assist with any ad-hoc projects and change management initiatives, as required.Coordination of projects.Generate reports and dashboards.Learning Management System AdministrationAttributes:Good attention to detail and levels of accuracy.Sets high standards for quality and works in a systematic, methodical and orderly manner.Time management and planning skills.Speaks fluently and writes in a well-structured and logical manner.Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.Ability to work independently and in a team orientated environment.Service driven, has a sense of urgency and a team player.Adapts to changing circumstances and handles criticism well and learns from it.Stakeholder managementFair presentation skills |
Job / Role Requirements
