The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. As a rapidly growing company, we are dedicated to attracting top talent to contribute to our success and make a lasting impact on the world of e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
- Proactively source, identify, and engage with qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future organisational needs.
Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to coordinating interviews and facilitating candidate assessments.
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilise various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to source potential candidates.
- Review resumes and applications, evaluating candidates against job requirements.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Onboarding:
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Coordinate orientation sessions and assist with the completion of necessary paperwork.
Candidate Experience:
- Provide an exceptional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates, answering enquiries and providing timely updates.
Employer Branding:
- Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Assist in creating compelling job descriptions and promotional materials.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Generate reports on recruitment metrics and analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
Negotiation and Offer Management:
- Coordinate and negotiate job offers in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand talent needs and priorities.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce industry hiring trends and talent needs.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
