The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. As a rapidly growing company, we are dedicated to attracting top talent to contribute to our success and make a lasting impact on the world of e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

• Proactively source, identify, and engage with qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future organisational needs.

Recruitment Process Management:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to coordinating interviews and facilitating candidate assessments.
• Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers.

Candidate Sourcing:

• Utilise various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to source potential candidates.
• Review resumes and applications, evaluating candidates against job requirements.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.

Onboarding:

• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Coordinate orientation sessions and assist with the completion of necessary paperwork.

Candidate Experience:

• Provide an exceptional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates, answering enquiries and providing timely updates.

Employer Branding:

• Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Assist in creating compelling job descriptions and promotional materials.

Data Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Generate reports on recruitment metrics and analyse data to identify areas for improvement.

Negotiation and Offer Management:

• Coordinate and negotiate job offers in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand talent needs and priorities.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with e-commerce industry hiring trends and talent needs.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
